Many 3PL and warehouse operators across Indonesia are still held back by manual or semi-digital inventory tracking, fragmented visibility across multiple sites, inefficient inbound/outbound processes, and the growing complexity of managing multiple clients and principals under one roof – all of which lead to stock discrepancies, delivery delays, customer complaints, and weak SLA accountability.

Eric is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and driving high-growth for Zebra’s business in Indonesia. With 15 years of experience in the IT industry, he has previously held leading positions at SAP, VMware, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, along with an MBA and Master of Commerce from Curtin University. Passionate about connecting people, assets, and data, Eric brings deep cross-industry expertise to help Indonesia’s warehousing and 3PL operators achieve full operational visibility.

Jonathan holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. With nearly three decades in Logistics and Supply Chain, he has held senior leadership roles at leading WMS and automation companies, including SSI Schaefer China, Manhattan Associates, RedPrairie, HighJump, EXE, Honeywell, and Meson Logistics Solutions. He began his career as a Software Engineer building WMS solutions for major Hong Kong retailers, later serving as CTO for Asia’s first online B2B logistics marketplace. As one of the early pioneers of WMS in China, Jonathan spent 17 years advancing logistics across Pharmaceuticals, Retail, eCommerce, Apparel, 3PL, and Manufacturing.
