Murali Haripalan

Technical Director of Bolt Industries

Murali Haripalan is an electrical engineer with an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and 19 years of regional experience in energy, engineering, and business development. He has contributed to over 500MW of solar projects and advises companies on renewable energy, energy efficiency, and IoT solutions across Southeast Asia.

Jonathan Kwok

CEO of Meson Logistics Solutions

Jonathan holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and has nearly 30 years of logistics and supply chain experience. A former CEO of SSI Schaefer China, he has led major WMS providers and pioneered warehouse management systems across China’s retail, eCommerce, pharmaceutical, 3PL, and manufacturing sectors.

  • 31 years of experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • Former CEO of SSI Schaefer China and held leadership roles at Manhattan Associates, RedPrairie (now Blue Yonder), HighJump (now Körber) APAC, EXE (now Infor).
  • Started his career as a Software Engineer developing WMS for major Hong Kong retailers.
  • Former CTO for Asia’s first online B2B logistics services marketplace.
  • One of the early pioneers in introducing WMS to China.
  • Mr. Siwaj has extensive experience in driving digital transformation across Southeast Asia, playing a key role in advancing smart manufacturing and industrial automation.
  • Mr. Siwaj will share insights on “The Connected Factory,” highlighting how real-time data, intelligent edge solutions, and connected technologies are reshaping the future of industrial warehousing and production.
